  8. Multisensory Meditation for Mind & Body Health

    Join Amy DiLillo, outside and under the tent, (weather permitting) after the Thursday Yoga Fusion and Meditation class. Learn the Kirtan Kriya, a multisensory meditation that enhances blood flow to the brain and can improve cognition, focus, and memory – bonus…it is FUN! Feel free to join the class and the mediation, or meditation only. You may wish to practice on the mat, or in a chair. This meditation is accessible to anyone. We will briefly discuss the benefits and how-to, then we will practice this 20-minute meditation. FREE – Prior- Registration is not required.

    This class incorporates therapeutic movements, balance exercises, and post-rehabilitative strength and conditioning, are tailored toward seniors suffering from severe arthritis, osteoporosis, autoimmune and neurological disorders such as multiple sclerosis, Parkinson’s disease, and diabetes as well as cancer recovery, post-op rehabilitation, chronic pain, and musculoskeletal injuries.
